Throwing Booking
Individual Throwing Lesson
This lesson lasts approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours and includes:
A demonstration
One to one tuition to throw pots on the potters wheel - for complete beginners or improvers - our lessons are adapted to your experience and personal aims
Two pots fired and glazed
Group Throwing Taster Session
for 2-8 people - groups of up to 4 can be booked on line - for groups of 5-8 please contact us
This session will last approximal 1 ½ - 2 hours depending on the group size. This session includes:
A demonstration
One to one tuition for each person to throw two pots (participants take turns on the wheel)
One pot fired and glazed per person
Individual Throwing Practice Sessions
Throwing practise for experienced throwers, please email before booking for the first time. This session lasts approximal 2 hours. Please note Friday morning session from 10th October will be released on 9th October due to course bookings.
Options and Additional Costs
For additional pot to be fired and glazed - from £6 per pot, payable after throwing session
If you are not able to collect your pottery when fired we offer postage for all items to one address - £6 payable after throwing session
When pots are biscuit fired you can return to the workshop to paint pots with under glaze colours at one of our £12.50 painting sessions, please ask about this at your throwing session
